Nina Corey, Director of Shire Hall Museum, will be leaving the Museum in early 2024.
Nina will be taking up the role of CEO at the Leeds Library, the oldest surviving subscription library of its type in the UK.
Dr Rose Wallis, Chair of the Museum’s Board of Trustees, said: “On behalf of the Board of Trustees, we’re very proud of everything Nina has achieved at Shire Hall Museum. Whilst we’re sad to see her go, we’re equally excited for her in new role at the Leeds Library. We wish her all the very best.”
Nina has been an incredible asset to Shire Hall Museum. After joining the team in October 2022, Nina has made vital developments to the Museum and its operation. With a significant increase in operational income and new strategies in place, Nina leaves the Museum in a much stronger position.
